Welcome to NJ InfoTech Pros IT Services. NJ InfoTech Pros, a trade name of CytekPros LLC (“NJ InfoTech Pros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides IT consulting, support, and related services. By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms of Service.
NJ InfoTech Pros provides IT services including, but not limited to:
All services are limited to those agreed upon in writing, including proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), or service agreements.
These Terms of Service apply to all engagements unless superseded by a signed agreement.
If a Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or Service Level Agreement (SLA) is executed, those documents take precedence over these Terms.
Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
NJ InfoTech Pros reserves the right to require prepayment for certain services, including emergency or project work.
Services requested outside normal business hours or requiring urgent response may be billed at elevated rates.
Client agrees to:
Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay service and impact outcomes.
Client authorizes NJ InfoTech Pros to access systems, networks, devices, and accounts as necessary to perform services.
This may include remote access tools, administrative permissions, and third-party integrations.
While NJ InfoTech Pros strives to resolve issues efficiently and professionally, we do not guarantee:
Client acknowledges that:
NJ InfoTech Pros implements reasonable safeguards but is not liable for breaches, data loss, or attacks beyond reasonable control, including those caused by third parties or user actions.
NJ InfoTech Pros may work with third-party vendors (e.g., ISPs, cloud providers, software vendors).
We are not responsible for failures, outages, or issues caused by third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NJ InfoTech Pros from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Either party may terminate services with reasonable written notice unless otherwise defined in a formal agreement.
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including:
NJ InfoTech Pros reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New Jersey.
